Solinity Expands Middle-Market Efforts with New Enrich Senior Living Brand

The competition for middle-market senior housing in the Southeast continues to heat up, with a growing operator adding a new brand to its strategy, through a partnership with a capital firm making its entry into senior living.

Knoxville, Tennessee-based Solinity announced the formation of Enrich Senior Living, a joint venture with Chicago-based 29th Street Capital, Solinity CEO Josh Crisp told Senior Housing News.

Solinity, 29th Street Capital create new brand, Enrich Senior Living

Senior living developer Solinity and real estate investment firm 29th Street Capital plan acquire assets in the Southeast under the brand name Enrich Senior Living, the companies have announced.

Erik Kolacinski is president of Enrich Senior Living, which recently acquired its first community, Shekinah Home, a personal care home in Norcross, GA, that the company is renovating inside and out. The home has been renamed Enrich @ 519.
